documents. Following is a list of the documents needed as well as an explanation of

Hazard Insurance Policy
The Hazard Insurance policy or Homeowners Insurance policy is needed since it
contains the name, account number, and yearly amount of the policy. This information is
needed in order to request an updated policy reflecting the new lenders name as well as to
enable us to quote you an exact monthly payment.
Copy of Social Security Card and
Drivers License.
This is a FHA requirement for all FHA insured loans.
